Thinc has appointed Cris Johansen as Project Director. Cris brings in excess of 30 years’ professional experience in the construction industry and joins the leadership team in Victoria.
Cris is a highly experienced project management professional, a trained quantity surveyor and has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
His expertise spans the commercial, residential and civic sectors and he has managed/lead some of the most significant commercial developments in Australia and overseas in the last decade, including:
– The $20bn Nakheel Harbour and Tower in Dubai
– The $400m Freshwater Place development in Victoria
– The $250m University of Sydney Business school
Prior to joining Thinc, Cris worked for some of Australia’s leading property/construction companies, including Abigroup, Australand and Lend Lease.
