Infrastructure

Infrastructure

Our Infrastructure team is made up of sector-focused personnel with specialist knowledge of rail, roads, airports, seaports, water and energy.
Typically, team members have an engineering background which is supplemented by formal and on-the-job project management training and experience.

Members of the Infrastructure team are located throughout Australia, so they combine a national presence and perspective with a genuine understanding of local conditions.

Leveraging Turner & Townsend Thinc’s extensive experience in major property and capital works projects, our Infrastructure team has an in-depth knowledge of the best and latest project management methodology which – combined with the Thinc systems and discipline – gives them the capacity to make traditional processes in the transport, energy and water sectors more efficient and economical.

Our team works holistically across a project’s lifecycle, from managing feasibility studies to maintaining mature assets. We’re experienced in managing the micro-components that make up large infrastructure projects as well as planning and delivering macro strategies. Additionally, we have demonstrated expertise working on large public projects and sit on numerous state government panels.
